What times of the day are Readers available?
You can access our Readers 24 hours a day via our 0906 premium rate lines and our SMS text-a-psychic services. Access via 0800 freephone credit card booking lines is available 18 hours a day from 7am to 1am.
Is there anything I need to do before I get my reading?
The only thing you really need to do is to be prepared and ready to start straightaway. It’s best if you feel relaxed, comfortable and open-minded as tension can create a barrier between you and your psychic. If you start off in a very sceptical frame of mind the likelihood is that this will affect the quality of the reading. It’s also a good idea to have a list of questions ready and/or a clear idea of the areas you want the reading to cover. If something comes up that you don’t understand or can’t relate to, simply ask the Reader to clarify the point for you and they will represent the information in a different way.
What types of readings can I have?
We offer a wide variety of readings to allow you to choose the one you feel most suited to and comfortable with. We recognise and respect the fact that each of our customers has their own set of preferences – what might be right for one, may not be right for another. Therefore, through offering a selection of readings, you are able to personally tailor your experience in exactly the way you want. My reading was fantastic - can I choose the same Reader again?
Most certainly. Each Reader has their own unique 4-digit PIN which you will be given at the beginning and end of your reading. Keep a note of this number and present it as necessary before your next reading. If you are using the 0906 premium line you will hear an option asking for it. For credit card bookings, simply tell the operator as soon as you are connected.
Can I get a recording of my reading?
We provide this service on the 0906 lines and you will be advised at the beginning of the call on what to do. Your reading is recorded and a CD of that recording is available on request, but you must follow the instructions given which will be to press the star key and the number 3 key on your telephone keypad immediately after your reading and before you or the psychic puts the phone down. Before you hang up, you will then be given the option to request a CD to be sent to your chosen address – this usually takes c.28 days for delivery. If, however, you have hung up and not ordered a CD, or we are unable to clearly hear the details you have left, we will unfortunately be unable to fulfil your request. We may on occasions be able to retrieve the recording if you call our Customer Services team on the same day of your reading, but cannot guarantee this.
Can I book a reading in advance?
Yes, our Credit Card booking service has this facility, when you call simply request when you’d like your reading
How much will my reading cost me?
That will depend on the way in which your reading is conducted. If you are using the 0906 premium lines, these are charged at £1.50/min*, with a maximum call duration of 20 minutes. Credit card bookings offer a selection of pre-pay time blocks which decrease in price the longer time you have, offering terrific value. Text services are charged at £1.50/text*

How do I pay for my reading?
We have made paying for your readings as flexible as possible. If you are calling an 0906 number, this will show up on the phone bill of the phone you used to call. Credit card bookings will show as “The Circle” on your credit card statement and text readings will show on your mobile phone bill as premium text charges or automatically decrease your credit on pay as you go phones – these are generally shown as ex VAT as the VAT is added onto the entire bill at the end.

What should I do if I’m not satisfied with my reading?
In the unlikely event that your are not completely satisfied with the reading you have received or you are dissatisfied with any other part of the Destiny Calls service, please call our Customer Services line on 0870 023 4567 (9am – 5pm, Mon-Fri) where you can speak to one of our dedicated representatives.
I’m a very good Psychic and would genuinely like to become a Reader myself – what should I do?
